Weld Mold RC-17™ Fly-By-Wire telerobotic floodwelding system is our latest innovation in high deposition welding. Operators can now perform totally remote welding from the safety of a temperature controlled environment. No heat, no smoke, no fumes and no radiation.
Weld Mold Manipulator or “wire arm” is a G.M.A. (M.I.G.) welding device developed for fast deposition of large amounts of flux-cored or solid welding wire; using 1/16” (1.6mm) thru 1/8” (3.2mm) diameter efficiently. With proper procedures, 1/8” diameter wire deposits up to 30 lbs per hour.
For joining, buildup, and repairing cracked or fractured steels, fabricating structures, machinery, assemblies and repair of equipment. Hot work applications include flooding complete impressions on forging dies. Widely used for overlays on dies, punches, inserts and other parts that require this hardness.
