Weld Mold® Polytec® 201
Weld Mold 201 is an all position electrode that produces x-ray quality welds. Designed specifically to give deep penetration where access does not permit proper cleaning prior to welding. Weld Mold 201 will satisfactorily weld over limited amounts of rust, dirt, and other foreign substances.
Applications
Weld Mold 201 is ideally suited for field maintenance of pressure vessels, galvanized steel, pipes, off road equipment and machinery, as well as all mild steel fabrication requiring high tensile joints. A maintenance “must have” when cleaning is not permissible.
Procedure
This material should not require any special considerations when welding.
